Internet Options During COVID-19

Many mobile phone and Internet service providers are doing the following to assist families with students who have been forced to convert to online studies due to the Coronavirus outbreak:

  • Not terminating service due to late bill payments because of hardships from the virus, and waiving late fees
  • Increasing data allowances and hotspot limits
  • In some cases providing free Internet service for students

Call your provider to find out what additional services are available for you.  If you do not have Internet service, contact one of the providers below to see if you are eligible for free internet service during the virus outbreak, increased data on your phone, or to find out if your phone is equipped to serve as an Internet hotspot:
